How much delight do you get out of the good things? How much despair to you get from the negative ones?
"Multipliers" can make or break the lens through which you experience your reality.
If, for example, you hit snooze when your alarm goes off in the morning (because the idea of waking up sounds terrible), you will experience the negative impact twice. If you choose not to do a given task because you'd rather do something fun, it will hit you twice (or more) with the negativity.
POSITIVE multipliers, on the other hand, happen when you learn to benefit over and over again from something positive -- like counting down the days before a vacation, or getting excited about tomorrow's coffee as you fall asleep.
Train yourself to be intentional -- and efficient -- with how you navigate positive and negative experiences. Both are inevitable, but you can choose how much they affect you -- through multipliers.
