When you think of that cliché pilot voice, it probably sounds almost bored. But it's not because pilots have nothing to think about; it's because they operate without distractions.
They're focused.
Look at your phone right now. Are there notifications waiting for you on your lock screen? Are they important? Do they deserve your attention? Are you in the habit of ignoring them, or dismissing them?
It's worth taking some time to customize what information deserves your attention, and how and when you are willing to give it. When you have
the right info at the right time... you'll fly.
